Marketing Executive

Reed Marketing and Creative are on the lookout for a Marketing Executive to join an energetic team at a rapidly expanding consumer brand. You will be part of a passionate team of 5 marketers. The chosen Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in orchestrating and refining their marketing initiatives across the UK and Europe.

Day to Day of the role:

• Strategically plan and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, eCommerce, exhibitions, and press releases.
• Analyse campaign performance, providing detailed reports and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Enhance eCommerce conversion rates with a focus on user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) improvements.
• Manage and optimise ecommerce affiliate schemes and partnerships, as well as price comparison website campaigns.
• Contribute engaging and informative content for the company blog and manage press release distribution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Marketing degree with 3+ years of industry experience, or 5+ years of marketing experience without a degree.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a small team and independently.
• Strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders and external agencies.
• Resilient under pressure with the capacity to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects.
