Marketing Executive

We are currently recruiting for an excellent opportunity with our client based in Lowestoft. They supply their fantastic products to some really exciting clients and also brilliant events internationally. We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join the team and work collaboratively across a variety of tasks. This is fast paced environment where each day is different.

This role includes all elements of office administration including taking customer calls, queries and dealing with email communications.

You will be highly organised, have good level of attention of detail, excellent telephone manner and the ability to multitask. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes to be challenged and wants to progress within the role.

This is an office-based role which will provide support to the current team of wider cross-functional teams. This role would suit someone who has experience in administration and general office procedures. You will be dealing with customers via email and over the phone so must have the confidence to do so. Good working knowledge of key Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel are key for this role.

Core Responsibilities

• Day-to-day order processing/administration for the team

• Answering customer calls and emails

• Dealing with queries and follow-up

• Accurate message taking

• Supporting the maintenance of processes and file management
