We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our global marketing strategy at a leading IT Service Provider. This hands-on role requires strategic thinking, a deep understanding of our product suite, creativity, and strong leadership skills. You will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting the sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy across all media and communications channels.
• Drive brand awareness and recognition through strategic positioning, messaging, and creative campaigns.
• Develop and implement lead generation programmes to support sales pipeline growth.
• Manage marketing collateral, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
• Enhance brand visibility and engagement through effective management of digital marketing channels.
• Create a content strategy to produce valuable, relevant, and engaging content for target audiences.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategy.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and alignment with business objectives.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to the marketing team.
• Collaborate with leadership, sales, product, and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
