Marketing Director wanted for a Luxury Assets Business

Location: City of London

Salary: up to £85k per annum (DOE)

A skilled and highly-experienced in-house Marketing Director wanted for this Luxury Assets business, to lead on the development and implementation of their evolving marketing and sales plans. You will play a key part in supporting the Retail Store expansion plans, and will spearhead comprehensive strategies in PR, Paid Advertising, Organic Social Media, Content Creation to help the continuous growth, both online and in-stores.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy in collaboration with an external PR agency to enhance brand visibility and reputation within the luxury asset industry.

Provide leadership and guidance to the PR team and external agency, fostering collaboration and creativity in PR initiatives.

Lead all aspects of paid advertising initiatives, including PPC campaigns, display ads, and social media advertising, through the management of our external paid advertising agency.?

Optimise ad spend to maximise ROI and drive qualified traffic to our platforms.

Manage the advertising budget efficiently, allocating resources strategically across various paid channels.

Drive lead generation efforts through targeted PR campaigns, paid advertising initiatives, and organic growth strategies.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to convert leads into customers and drive revenue growth.

Drive organic growth strategies across various channels social media and content marketing.

Lead the organic marketing team, providing mentorship and support in executing organic growth strategies.

Leverage emerging social media platforms and trends to reach new audiences and stay ahead of the curve in organic growth strategies.

Develop and execute a content strategy that resonates with the target audience and aligns with brand values, and manage your content team to execute this strategy to the highest standard.?

Provide leadership in content strategy development and content creation efforts.

Lead the email marketing team, providing direction and support in crafting compelling email campaigns.

Candidate Profile:

Proven experience as a Senior Marketer with a minimum of 10 years working in a marketing director/Senior Marketing role, and a portfolio that showcases your skills and expertise in taking a business from strength to strength, both in terms of brand recognition and revenue, through your employ of core digital marketing strategies

Experience working within the luxury goods sector is paramount

A commercially orientated B2C marketing leader with a proven track record in combining strategic thinking with exemplary execution skills

Track record of embracing change and helping a business move forward

Experience working with CRM and CMS management platforms, particularly Hubspot CRM, Webflow and Wordpress

Highly adept with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush and AHRefs as well as Meta analytics reporting

High proficiency in Excel, Word, PPT and the G-suite equivalents

Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with both short and long-term priorities along with changing daily demands

Team-oriented approach with ability to take initiative, prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet stakeholder expectations and deadlines across multiple projects.
