Our client is recognised as one of the UK’s leading law firms and they are currently seeking a Marketing/Business Development Assistant. This role is responsible for providing high quality support across the marketing and business development teams to help deliver firm strategy and key projects.

Responsibilities

  • Updating contacts and event RSVPs/attendance in our CRM system
  • Updating subscribers/preferences in our CRM system and eMarketing platform
  • Updating various spreadsheets and logs
  • Helping to maintain and updating the firm’s intranet and social media platforms (LinkedIn etc)
  • Adding articles/updates to our website
  • Support with branded Word documents, for example flyers, firm credentials and team sheets
  • Support with the process for client webinars, for example in our Zoom events account and CRM system.
  • Collating and sharing relevant communications analytics from Google, Lexology, Passle, PodBean and social media
  • Any other administrative tasks to assist the Marketing and BD functions

The ideal candidate will have experience of eMarketing platforms, websites and CRM systems and skilled in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritise accordingly with the ability to work under pressure and sometimes to tight deadlines.
