A highly regarded wealth manager are looking for someone to support the team in delivering day-to-day marketing activities. This diverse role offers hands-on experience in a supportive environment.

I am looking to speak with:

  • A' level graduates seeking practical business and marketing experience
  • Experienced PA/EA or admin professional ready for a new challenge

Responsibilities of Marketing Assistant:

  • Assist in implementing marketing plans
  • Manage website content
  • Create and publish social media posts
  • Update and manage printed materials
  • Support event management
  • Handle company-branded merchandise
  • Assist in PR coverage monitoring and reporting
  • Update intranet content
  • Support team meetings and inquiries handling
  • Assist in invoice processing and budget tracking
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines

Requirements of Marketing Assistant:

  • Strong GCSE and A' level results, English A' level preferred
  • Familiarity with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Experience with Canva, CMS, or email marketing platforms is a plus
  • Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
