Marketing Assistant part-time

The Role: Part time Marketing Assistant (24 hours per week) Basildon

One to One Personnel are looking for a creative marketing individual with a real passion for marketing to work alongside the Marketing Manager on a part time basis for our client based in Basildon.

Duties will include:-

• Assisting the marketing manager and the apps team to create marketing content, images, videos etc
• Administer/monitor social media
• Lead screening and initial contact for sales leads
• Coordinate the sales team for demonstrations at HQ and customer sites
• Arrange exhibitions, open house and other marketing events
• Process, analyse and present data to the management team

Essential Skills

• Copywriting (Technical)
• Content Management Systems (WordPress)
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• Social Media management (Hootsuite etc.)
• CRM Admin

Desirable Skills

• Video (Premier, After Effects, Final Cut Pro)
• Basic SEO understanding

The Package

• Part-time £13-£15 per hour depending on skills/experience (up to £30,000 pro rata)
• Basildon based Mon-Fri 08.30-17.00hrs flexible hours but minimum 24hrs/week
• This role is available immediately
• Office based
• Full-time 20 days holiday + Public Holidays increasing by +1 day for each year of service to a max of +5 days. Part-time proportional to the number of hours worked in relation to the full-time allowance.
