Are you passionate about decoding customer behaviour and crafting strategic communication plans?

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Analyst to produce vital customer and media reporting and insight, support through research in order to contribute to the Marketing strategy and understand customer behaviour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and manage all customer data touchpoints.
• Analyse customer behaviours, trends, and buying patterns.
• Build reporting dashboards within Tableau.
• Produce targeted selections for maximum relevance and efficiency.
• Assist with planning, testing, and consumer behaviour research.
• Maintain and monitor customer feedback, including review sites and satisfaction scores.
• Understanding complex data files.
• Management of the customer database.
• Analysis of customer behaviours.
• Business and customer reporting.
• Producing targeted selections.
• Planning, testing and managing customer feedback.

Person Specification & Role Requirements:

• Planning and Analysis
• Drive for Excellence
• Experience with customer marketing databases and analysis software.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in multi-channel marketing, lead generation, consumer research, and digital data analysis.
• Attention to detail and completer finisher mentality.
• Ability to influence others and build commitment to change agendas.
• Complex problem-solving skills and forward-thinking ability.
