Marina & Boatyard Operative - Falmouth Marina

We are looking for a Marina and Boatyard Operative to join our team at Falmouth Marina.

This role requires someone dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction. If you have a "can do" attitude, thrive in both independent and team settings, remain composed under pressure, and possess basic computer skills, we encourage you to apply.

This role includes working outdoors in various weather conditions and following a shift pattern covering a 7-day week, including weekends and some public holidays.

Key qualifications:

  • Proven customer service or customer-facing experience.
  • Positive "can do" attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Capacity to maintain composure under pressure.
  • Basic computer literacy.

Desirable skills:

  • Knowledge of boats and experience operating plant machinery (training provided if necessary).
  • Full UK driving license.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer service to marina users.
  • Assisting with day-to-day marina and Boatyard operations.
