Manufacturing Engineer (CNC)
Location: Near Warwick
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum DoE

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy driving process improvements? We're seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our client near Warwick. In this role, you will play a vital part in optimising production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.

Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities:

• Ensure production orders are 'machine ready' to maintain schedule adherence.
• Lead CI projects from start to finish, reporting and handing over to operations.
• Promote lean principles and actively seek opportunities for process enhancement.
• Support new project transitions to production and assist with DFM and PFMEA.
• Mentor operators to foster an improvement culture on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineers to improve manufacturing metrics.

Manufacturing Engineer Profile:

• Proven experience in a machine shop environment with strong CNC knowledge
• Ideally a time served engineer
• Experience in precision manufacturing or automotive/aerospace industries
• Knowledge of gear form manufacturing and CAD/CAM programming is an advantage
• Hands-on problem-solving skills and a drive for continuous improvement
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing methodologies and quality frameworks
• Data analysis skills and proficiency in PC applications
