Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a lovely company based in Reigate who are recruiting for a Management Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have worked within a similar role and will be keen to progress & develop along the role as the company continues to grow.

Main Duties:

  • Track performance of overheads and report them at month end
  • Prepare monthly Flash report for review by Group FC
  • Providing quality, value added commentary and analysis
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly cashflow for the various entities
  • Review of various Vat returns as appropriate
  • Involved in the budgeting and forecasting process
  • Management of Finance Assistant
  • Involved in all accounting and Year-End audit
  • Review and approve Bank reconciliations and Balance Sheet accounts
  • Carrying out any reasonable project work / ad hoc task as requested
  • Attending training and development as required

About You:

  • An active studier of a recognised accounting professional body (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA)
  • Able to multi-task and manage changing workloads and priorities
  • Able to adapt to changing circumstances re-setting priorities as necessary
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent analytical and organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, friendly approachable manner
  • Self-motivated, conscientious and driven
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Self-motivated / Innovative / Creative
  • Confident & real 'can-do’ attitude,
  • Enthusiastic with a strong desire to succeed
