Our client is one of London's leading providers of residential accommodation. They provide high end, integrated campus living solutions and have ambitious growth plans for the next 3 year period. They are looking for a Facilities / Maintenance Supervisor who has some proven experience of collaborative team working to maintain the fabric and infrastructure of the physical estate. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager your supervisory responsibilities extends to deputising for the manager and daily management of the small FM team.

This single property is based in South West London is one of the company's flagship / largest sites. With a hands on approach to resolving resident BAU maintenance issues, you will also be responsible for managing the strategic property management objectives to include the facilities, PPM, RM and life cycle of the building. Knowledge and skills in technical maintenance required such as specialist plant / plumbing/ electrical HVAC are key.

The working culture encourages team members to make positive contribution and offers great prospects for development into a senior management role. Working 37.5 hour week, 5 days out of 7 on various day shift patterns which will include weekends on a monthly rotational basis. Prior working in facilities, estates, residential student or universities accommodation sector would be ideal.

The job offers a market rate salary but an exceptionally attractive benefits package including 10% bonus, 7% pension, gym membership, a range of subsidised benefits and 28 days holiday.
