Maintenance Operative / Multi Trader

Hays are partnered with a leading Property Care Organisation serving clients throughout the South and South West of London. This company is looking for a Maintenance Operative / Skilled Multi-Trader.

The main responsibilities for this role:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or potential problems
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

Experience:
- Experience in general maintenance and repairs, within Residential properties
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, decorating and trades surrounding maintenance
- At least 3 years maintenance experience

What else you will need for this role:
- Driving Licence
- Willingness to travel- Own Vehicle
