Prepare and calibrate machinery according to specifications to meet daily production requirements.

Safely and efficiently operate assigned machinery, and monitor performance to detect any deviations.

Conduct inspections of finished products, adjusting machine settings to uphold our high-quality standards.

Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning, ensuring all equipment is in top condition.

Collaborate with Packhouse Managers, Quality Control, and Maintenance departments to optimize production processes.

• Benefit from regular performance evaluations with feedback aimed at role enhancement and salary review based on meeting or surpassing performance metrics.
• Proven machine operation experience, particularly with flow wrapping/heat sealing production machinery.
• Familiarity with at least two of the following: Ulma flow wrappers, Egatec case packers, MAF palletizers, and ICE date coding labellers.
• Strong attention to detail, quality control, and a methodical approach to tasks.
• Good math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
• Physical stamina and the ability to manage moderate weights.
• • Full-time, permanent position with a 5-day rotating shift pattern (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, flexible).
