Machine Operator - Near Weston Super Mare - Permanent

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Manufacturing Operative on behalf of their client near Weston Super Mare.

Hours of work

Hours:

* Continental shift pattern, day and night shifts
* 6.30am to 6.30pm, or 6.30pm to 6.30am, between Monday and Friday
* 3 long 4-day weekends every month
* All breaks are paid 30-minute break and 2 shorter 15-minute breaks each day

Salary

£13.19 an hour which equates to £27,435 per annum

Overtime available at enhanced rates

You will also receive a monthly attendance bonus if you have a 100% attendance.

All breaks are paid.

The Role

Full training will be given to operate relevant production machinery, fault finding and machine minding. You will also be required to use hand tools, There will be some manual handling involved.

Keeping the working area clean and tidy, following health and safety procedures.

You will work within a team, working at warm temperatures in a noisy environment.
