Mac Support Engineer

Robert Half are assisting a global market leading marketing organisation to recruit a Mac Support Engineer on a 6 month contract - £170-£270 per day - London based

Role

• The Mac Support Engineer will provide support for Mac systems and applications
• Great customer service skills
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues
• Monitor and maintain system performance
• Provide guidance and advice on system optimisation

Profile

• The Mac Support Engineer will have 1-3 years' experience supporting Mac environments
• The Mac Support Engineer will have experience with support ticket management and tracking (JIRA Service Desk preferred)
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities
• Technical knowledge of Mac OS, iOS, and Android
• Technical knowledge of modern Windows OS
• Network fundamentals (laptop connectivity, VPN, printing)
• Basic knowledge of audio/video troubleshooting and support

• £170 - £270 per day, depending on experience
