M&E Contractor Sales Consultant

Kelida Solutions are a fire & security business based in Leeds who specialise in providing customised fire & security solutions to homes, businesses, and public sector organisations throughout the U.K. The sectors we specialise in but are not limited to include; Student Accommodation, Education, Private Health, Commercial, Distribution & Retail.

Kelida Solutions are on an exciting journey of growth so are looking to expand their already successful sales team with experienced, driven and ambitious sales professionals.

Position Overview

The role of M&E Sales Consultant is to build healthy, trustworthy, and mutually beneficial relationships with M&E contractors, with the ultimate goal of supporting them with their fire & security requirements on projects they have secured. This is a target driven role, so would suit an already experienced sales professional who is an ambitious and outgoing individual.

The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with existing accounts as well as being responsible for generating new leads and hitting set KPIs. The principal focus of the role of M&E Sales Consultant is to drive and develop new business opportunities.

As a valued member of the Kelida Solutions team, the successful candidate will see the direct impact they make as an individual and will be rewarded accordingly through the uncapped commission structure.

The role is predominantly office based however will involve some travel so the successful candidate must hold a valid UK driving license.

Key Skills and Experience
  • Experience within a fire and/or security background is essential.
  • Previous experience working with M&E contractors would be advantageous.
  • Previous sales experience is essential.
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Proactive with a can-do approach to work.
  • Highly organised and the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to deliver a high level of customer service.
  • Self-motivated and uses initiative.
