Facilities Manager / Estates Manager - Luxury Residential - London - up to £60k

My client a property managing agent known for it's expert management of Prime London locations is seeking a Facilities Manger to support the general manager of an impressive new development. You will work closely with the GM to manage the day-to-day contract but with an emphasis on all things compliance and health and safety matters. You will ensure high quality service levels are delivered and maintained and will assist in driving the highest level of resident and stakeholder experience.


The Facilities Manager will support the continued mobilisation of the residences focusing on the smooth running of the development ensuring all compliance, health and safety, audits are carefully managed whilst assisting with the management of operating budgets and service charge.

To be considered you will need to display a thorough understanding of workplace facilities management and ensure these best practices are implemented.

Some of the duties will include:

  • Ensure all compliance matters and health and safety audits are up-to-date and reviewed regularly
  • To ensure consistent knowledge of the service vision and all other service standards or operating procedures and assist the Residential General Manager in their implementation
  • Re-actively handling all estate requests from residents to provide creative options in a timely manner through Quick and Efficient Service
  • Assisting the General Manager in the monthly reporting of SLA's & KPI's against each service contract across the development
  • To ensure COSHH is up to date and the team is trained on and monitor it is adhered too
  • Assist with the delivery and support of the Building Safety Act 2022 where appropriate; ensuring that buildings are safe and feel safe for all stakeholders.
  • Manage all audit processes to a high standard, ensuring 100% Health and Safety compliance throughout the development
  • Encourage and motivate colleagues to perform their best, take responsibility for tasks and assignments, make decisions and provide input on possible improvements
  • Liaising with our health and safety consultant to ensure that all risk assessments on site are up to date and the teams are fully trained
  • Assist General Manager in review and management of operating budgets and the service charge
  • Overseeing relationships with commercial tenants and dealing with maintenance faults of occupiers
  • Instructing works and managing contractors through to completion via tendering, purchase orders, follow up and direction



The ideal candidate will have an excellent track record of building, managing and maintaining relationships. You will be a problem solver with a desire to deliver the best service. The ideal candidate will have worked with a luxury or high end corporate environment.
