Mobile Plant Operator required to start on a temp too perm contract. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm. Hourly rate is £14.45 per hour which is £27,796.28 per annum.

Please be aware that you will not able to drive machinery until full training has been completed, and during this time the candidate will be expected to keep the area clean, clear and safe. (2 - 4 weeks).

Duties:

  • Loading Artic trailers with various waste streams
  • Sorting waste with JCB grab (mechanical digger)
  • Running baler
  • Loading bale lorries with JCB Teletruck
  • Cleaning of working areas
  • Maintenance and cleaning of mobile plant
  • Focus on meeting and exceeding recycling targets
  • Contributing to the reporting of safety concerns

Experience required:

  • Driven heavy plant machinery, including loading shovel, previously OR, 360 grab
  • Operated a baler machine - desirable only
