Job Title: Litigator - Personal Injury
Location: Manchester (with hybrid/agile working)
Salary: Up to £55,000
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Role Overview:

Over many years of success, the firm has emerged as a standout legal services organisations with the personal injury, medical negligence and industrial disease space. Due to new business wins and an increase in new instructions, an opportunity has arisen for experience personal injury litigators to join their award-winning team.

Role Responsibilities:Overseeing a varied, litigated personal injury caseload, providing comprehensive legal support to claimants seeking compensation following an injury sustained in the workplace, within a public space or within property and/or land owned by businesses and/or individuals
Required Attributes to Apply:Due to the demands of the role, you, as the successful candidate, will be required to demonstrate excellent working knowledge of personal injury litigation Exposure to handling and running litigated personal injury cases is vital Recent experience in occupier liability, employer liability and public liability claims is advantageous Ideally, you will be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executives, however applications from experienced non-qualified litigators or qualified-by-experience fee earners are more than welcome
