We are currently looking for a Litigation Paralegal (12 Month FTC) for a top US law firm in London. The role wil be to work on various commercial litigation cases and government investigations.

Description

Litigation Paralegal (12 Month FTC)

• Assists lawyers in reviewing documents for issue and privilege coding.
• Creates tracking logs to capture issues and privilege.
• Creates case files
• Attends depositions, interviews, hearings, trials and arbitration.
• Compiles, reviews and analyses documents as required by attorneys
• Research (factual, legal, internet, and other) to identify issues and relevant matters
• Understands e-filing and e-files with courts
• Communicates, corresponds and interacts with clients and outside entities, such as, government entities, expert witnesses, vendors, corporations and other law firms to gather information or data.
• Assists with department projects as needed, ad hoc tasks.

Profile

The successful candidate will have three years of work in a similar enviroment and have a LLB or equivalent.
