My Client in Mons, Belgium has a requirement for a Linux Engineer. NATO Secret clearance is required for the role - you may be selected if you have great experience and possess another active clearance.

The Linux Engineer will:

Install / monitor Linux operating systems and specific applications in accordanct to Nato standards

Resolve issues, make change requests and implement security measures

Work within a team for availability and performance of Incidence Response environment and tools eg Splunk, ArcSight, MISP

Improve the ability to test, integrate and monitor applications

Assist in rollout of new development and Linux installations

Diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to Linux OS and integration with the rest of the infrastructure (AD domain, web solution)

Experience Level:

Bachelors Degree in IT

Experience as a Linux engineer, managing Unix/ Linux infrastructures and tools (5 years)

Proficiency in Linux administration, specifically RHEL and UBUNTU

Understanding of automation, versioning and CMDB principles.

Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex system issues.

Deep understanding of IAM ( AD, SUDO )
