Our client, a respected name within financial services, are seeking home-based life insurance underwriters to join their growing team.

You will be tasked with making sound decisions on underwriting a range of products including life insurance, critical illness, income protection and private medical.

Applications are being sought from experienced underwriters with a minimum of 2 years' relevant underwriting experience.

Our client have been recognised as one of the UK's Great Places to Work, this is a fantastic opportunity to join their growing Underwriting team. Fully remote working is available, with visits to Head Office required only for initial training and occasional team meetings, with full expenses paid.

The role will be to review and assess applications as well as medical and financial evidence for life and Income Protection polices and approving new business within an agreed authority level. You will be empowered to handle your own caseload as well as supporting team priorities.
