Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Your new school
This fantastic Primary School based in Dudley is looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join them in September. Receiving a "GOOD" in their last Ofsted report, this school is very friendly and feels like an extended family. This school is committed to its local community and strives to ensure that the school serves the local children and their families well.

Your new role
You will be working with children in the nursery. You will be working Monday-Friday from 8:30am - 3:30pm each day, working closely with small groups of children supporting them with a single set of phonics and basic Maths and supporting children in the main classroom. You will be putting on activities for the children to take part in, recording their progression and giving them feedback back to the teacher, as well as supporting them in the classroom.

What you'll need to succeed

• You need to have experience in a classroom setting in the last 2 years.
• You must have a Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Childcare qualification
• You will be required to have experience working in a nursery.
• You must have experience supporting children and putting on activities.
• You will need strong communication skills, especially when working with groups of children, and 1:1
