Lettings Renewals Negotiator

Our clients are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Lettings Renewals Negotiator to join their team, based out of their Central London office. They are a dynamic and fast-growing agency, offering a complete service for investors, incorporating Lettings, Property Management, Sales, Maintenance, Refurbishment and Block Management.

Their teams that operate abroad meet owners of London properties in their countries of residence in person to sign them up to use their Letting & Management services, meaning most of their Landlords are based overseas.

As a Lettings Renewals Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing the renewal process for clients, ensuring timely and successful contract renewals. In addition to negotiating renewals and issuing renewal contracts, responsibilities will include negotiating any requested mid-term tenancy rent increases, agreeing and processing change of sharers.

This role requires excellent administrative skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients.

Lettings Renewals Negotiator

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end renewal process for assigned clients
  • Proactively reach out to clients to discuss contract renewals and negotiate terms
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for renewals
  • Prepare and present renewal proposals to clients
  • Address client inquiries and concerns regarding renewals
  • Maintain accurate records of all renewal activities in our CRM system
  • Monitor contract expiration dates and proactively initiate renewal discussions

Skills:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in administrative tasks, such as data entry and record keeping
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work

The ideal candidate:

  • ARLA Property Mark L3 qualified (or willing to study towards this)
  • Previous use of Goodlord and Qube SLM desirable

Lettings Renewals Negotiator - The package:

  • Basic Salary up to £30,000 commensurate with experience
  • Plus a commission scheme which can potential take the total On Target Earnings to £34,000
  • Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
  • 31 days holiday, increasing with each year of service
