Property Viewings: Generate and conduct property viewings to potential tenants.

New Instruction Opportunities: Identify and pursue new opportunities for property instructions.

Negotiation: Negotiate offers between all parties involved in the letting process.

Cross-Sell Services: Maximise branch income by cross-selling additional services such as mortgages, conveyancing, and insurance.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients at all times.
Requirements:

  • Hold a full UK driving license.
  • Access to your own vehicle.
