We are working with a new client, a well-established and highly respected Estate Agency in Sheffield 10 for a role as Lettings Professional. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced estate agency professional to make the next logical step in their career - the agency is renowned for "high end" lettings and has a reputation forged over years of providing a quality service to its many happy clients. Interviews are ASAP, ideally for an ASAP start!

The role, as you would expect involves -

  • Dealing with all customer queries, offering updates up to completion and key handover
  • Viewings
  • Maintenance queries, dealt with professionally through to completion
  • Inspections
  • Check ins / out
  • Marketing and advertising of properties, on a series of social media platforms and office front
  • Diary management
  • Liaising with colleagues and management

This is a very, very busy independent agency, you will be offered full autonomy for the role and be expected to hit the ground running.
