Lettings Negotiator

The Company:

Victorstone is a multi-award-winning luxury estate agent. You will be responsible for letting properties in London and engaging with local and overseas landlords.

Role Description:

The successful candidate will have at least one year of industry experience; this is a full-time on-site role located in London. You will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as creating and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants, arranging and conducting property viewings, managing properties and providing exceptional customer service.

Our proposition & Benefits:

• Basic salary of £20k - £22k
• Commission from 10% to 20%
• A lucrative salary and commission structure OTE £65k+
• End-of-year bonus- £5k

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrable track record of success within residential lettings
• The ability to achieve and strive to exceed all targets
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Booking viewings and matching applicants with properties to ensure every opportunity is maximised
• Generate new business and arrange lettings valuations
• Conducting viewings and appointment feedback
• Negotiating and achieving the best price for both landlords and tenants
