LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Lettings Agency

Location: Redhill, RH1

Salary: OTE £30k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

Immediate Vacancy: This is a fantastic opportunity for a keen, enthusiastic and experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a leading local Estate and Letting Agents based in the Redhill area.

You will need to be a committed team player, with excellent customer service skills and a passion for letting residential property.

The right candidate will be well-presented, articulate, persuasive and have the drive and determination to succeed.

In addition, you will be passionate about the property industry and in delivering a superior service in an environment where you will be rewarded for your skill and ability.

The ideal candidate will have Lettings industry experience in a competitive Lettings market and a good general understanding of lettings legislation.

The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator role will include:

• Previous residential lettings experience
• Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
• High level of customer service skills
• Great telephone manner and positive attitude
• Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the Redhill area helpful
• Full Driving License essential
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
• A desire to succeed!
