Lettings Manager - Whitstable - Kent 
Salary: Basic £25,000 OTE £35-40,000) Plus £3,000 Car allowance 
 
We are looking for a Lettings Sales Manager to join our clients busy office in Whitstable, Kent. 
 
The role will ideally be suited to a Senior Lettings Negotiator who has a minimum 3 years experience who is looking to take the next steps in their career or a Lettings Manager who wishes to progress their career. 

  • Basic Salary:£25,000(Additional guaranteed earnings first 4 months)
  • On Target Earnings:£35,000 - £40,000+ £3,000 Car Allowance
  • Work Pattern:5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)

The role responsibilities will typically include (but are not limited to) 
  • Conducting viewings on properties 
  • Marketings Properties for rental 
  • Canvassing and speculating for new market listings 
  • Valuation and advice on renting 
  • Instruction taking and property marketing
  • Running a lettings branch
