Lettings Manager

Lettings Manager - £35,000 Basic plus generous commsion structure OTE £40K plus

We are seeking a Lettings Manager to oversee our property rental operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the letting process, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maximizing occupancy rates.

Duties:

- Manage the full letting process from advertising available properties to signing leases

- Conduct property viewings and provide information to potential tenants

- Screen prospective tenants by reviewing applications and conducting background checks

- Negotiate lease terms and conditions with tenants

- Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly

- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs as needed

- Ensure compliance with rental laws and regulations

ARLA qualifications preffered

Attending Landlord appraisals

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple properties efficiently

- Multilingual abilities are a plus to communicate effectively with diverse tenants

- Proven administrative skills in handling leasing documentation and tenant records

- Excellent communication skills to interact with tenants, property owners, and team members efficiently
