Are you looking to kickstart your career in Property? Do you have excellent organisation and time management and looking for your next administrative position?

Juice is excited to be supporting an independent Estate Agents based in Bath, with their search for a Lettings Administrator. You will be the first point of contact for the office, liaising with customers, tenants, and third parties, and providing administrative support to the lettings team.

This could suit someone with experience in customer service, administration, retail, and hospitality.

We are looking for someone with a positive and hard-working approach who demonstrates a passion for the property industry.

DAY TO DAY:

  • First point of contact for tenants, landlords, and new enquiries.
  • Prepare legal documents that relate to tenancy setups.
  • Use the in-house system to process new tenancies.
  • Arrange viewings, coordinating with new tenants, existing tenants, and landlords.
  • Providing feedback to Landlords.
  • Arranging appointments and registering new clients.
  • Handling complaints when required.

WHAT WE’D LOVE TO SEE:

  • Good attention to detail, and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload.
  • IT literate and proficient use of Microsoft packages.
  • A strong desire to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Be determined and enthusiastic.
  • Solution-focused with an adaptable approach to work.
  • Have a driving license and access to your own vehicle.
