Lettings administrator.
Our clients are seeking an experienced lettings administrator to join the busy team in Harrow, North London.
Working as part of an enthusiastic, dedicated and smart working team, you will have responsibility for assisting the Branch Manager/Lettings Manager and Negotiators carrying the responsibility for all administration work within the Branch.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Managing new move ins from the offer agreed point to the actual move in.
Processing references and qualifying applicants Managing move in monies
Creating contracts and all move in paperwork Managing all necessary move in works, from EPC's to inventories to repainting works Making sure properties are legally compliant before moving in
Acting as first point of contact for tenants for tenants due to move into a new property.
Arranging inventory check outs, if applicable Ensure all keys given to tenants, have been returned at the end of the tenancy Inform tenants of any charges that Landlords would like to deduct from their deposit and negotiate between both parties.
The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:
The candidate must have a minimum of one years experience in a Lettings administration role.
Should be confident, well-presented and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Excellent IT skills, in particular Excel.
This role involves working under pressure therefore candidates must be able to multi-task
This role will require working on a Saturday with a day off during the week on rotation.

The hours will be: Monday to Friday 8.30.am - 6pm Saturday 9am-4pm Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, office based.
