Wilson Recruitment Ltd are currently seeking a professional cleaner for a prestigious company set in over 700 acres of historic land which boasts 4 restaurants and bars, a 36 hole golf course, a 3 AA Rosette restaurant, a hair dressers and spa facilities. This 254 bedroom Hotel & Spa resort nestled in the rich countryside in South Northamptonshire was born over 100 years ago and most employees who started their careers in Housekeeping or Food & Beverage have been employed by the company for decades. We are therefore seeking professional high calibre cleaners for this role, attitude is key with this position as they are held in high regard for their facilities and customer reviews.

Rota: 13:30 to 22:00 (5 of 7 days per week including BH and weekends) 2 consecutive days off per week
Salary: c.£11.52 per hour +
Contract: 13 weeks temporary assignment to go permanent at week 14
Interview: First stage telephone interview with Cheryl Wilson at Wilson Recruitment, second stage interview to be conducted on site with the hiring manager.

Please note: This is a 13 week "temp to perm" contract. For the first 13 weeks you will be paid weekly by the agency based on the hours you work (minimum of 40) at £11.44 PAYE per hour. Once you've completed the 13 weeks, you will be on a full time permanent contract and paid monthly by the client. You will be entitled to all company benefits and perks once you are full time employed following successful introductory period. You must hold full UK right to work AND access to a reliable vehicle to apply for this role due to the countryside location. Full training will be provided.

Successful applicant:
Will hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle
Must have prior professional cleaning experience with client, team member and/or managerial references
Should be flexible, reliable and be a brilliant communicator with superb customer service skills
Shall possess excellent attention to detail and maintain high standards of cleaning
May have worked in a similar environment either housekeeping or cleaning (desirable)
Might have work experiences in leisure and spa facilities, golf resorts, hotels, fine dining restaurants (desirable)

If you are a cleaner or housekeeper with high standards and great attention to detail, we want to talk to you. 5 star hotel, fine dining restaurant or spa experience would be a bonus for this role.
