Job Title – Legal Support Officer
Temporary – Until 05/01/2025 with potential to extend
Location – Walton Street, Aylesbury HP20 1UA
Hours: 22 hours per week
Pay Rate - £14.18 per hour
Start Date - ASAP

About the role
As an Administrator, you will have a number of responsibilities including, but not limited to the following:
  • Undertake a range of routine administrative tasks specific to the service area, prioritising them as directed and working within approved procedures.
  • Receive, sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Provide a frontline customer response service and resolve basic queries.
  • Send out routine communications, issue reminders and chase responses.
  • Collate, record, store and retrieve data and information as required

About you
The successful candidate(s) should have:
  • Previous administration experience is essential
  • Good computer skills and communication skills
  • Local Authority experience is beneficial but not necessary
