We are seeking a skilled secretary to join a family practice. The ideal candidate would provide administrative support to fee earners and enhance office effectiveness.

Your new role

Responsibilities:

  • Audio type fee earners dictation
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain fee-earners calendars
  • Organise and maintain legal files
  • Communicate with clients and third parties
  • Assist with billing and time recording
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence


What you'll need to succeed

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably in family law
  • Proficient in audio typing and transcription
  • Strong administrative skills with excellent communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other office software
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
