Legal Secretary

  • Location: Horsham
  • Contract: Temporary (6-8 months, with potential for extension)
  • Working Hours: Full-time, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

I am keen to speak to experienced Legal Secretaries to join a fantastic team in Horsham. This role offers a professional and fast-paced environment, ideal for a dedicated individual who thrives on supporting legal professionals with high-quality secretarial services.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide comprehensive secretarial support to our legal team, ensuring efficient operation.
  • Manage and maintain client files, correspondence, and documentation with a high level of confidentiality.
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for legal professionals.
  • Prepare and process legal documents related to wills and probate, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn new software as required.
  • A proactive approach to work, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
