Legal Secretary - Property Law - Part Time

A respected law firm in Dartford is seeking a meticulous and experienced Legal Secretary to support their Commercial Property team. The role entails a diverse range of responsibilities, including audio and copy typing of various documents such as correspondence, bills, financial statements, and legal forms. The successful candidate will be adept at using the Land Registry portal for obtaining essential documentation and conducting searches. Additionally, the role requires effective client and third-party liaison to address queries and provide updates.

Candidates should possess proven experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within a Commercial Property setting, although those with Residential Property experience are also encouraged to apply. A high level of proficiency in IT and experience with legal case management systems, particularly Visual Files, is essential. Fast and accurate typing skills, coupled with excellent communication abilities and a keen eye for detail, will be key to managing the varied and time-sensitive workload.

Flexibility in working hours is offered, with the choice to spread 22.5 hours across three days or five days per week, catering to your personal and professional needs.

To thrive in this role, candidates must demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, the capacity to prioritise effectively, and a solid understanding of Microsoft Office.
