Legal PA
A leading law firm based in the city are now looking for a Legal PA to join their Disputes team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, supportive, and personable firm. The successful PA will be an integral part of a high performing team, providing comprehensive administrative support to fee earners, including Partners.
Key responsibilities:
- Proactive diary and inbox management
- Booking and organising meetings
- Acting as a gatekeeper to fee earners
- On boarding new clients and matter management
- Travel arrangements (both national and international) and creating itineraries
- Liaising with clients directly
- Supporting with business development
- End to end billing
- Document amendments and formatting (house styles) and proof reading
- Event planning
- Bundling
- General administration
To be considered you will have the below skills and experience:
- Experience in a similar Legal PA/ Secretarial role within a litigation team and with creating bundles is essential (ideally you will also have experience in private client)
- Highly organised with the ability to work to deadlines
- Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with those at all levels
- Strong attention to detail and accurate typing skills
