A prestigious US law firm is looking to hire an ambitious, hardworking and passionate Legal PA to join their expanding Restructuring team.  This firm has one of the finest reputations in London with tremendous staff retention.

  • To £55,000 with flexibility
  • Stunning offices by Liverpool Street / Cannon Street
  • 9:30am to 5:30pm
  • Hybrid working 4/1

The new Legal PA hire will be working for existing and new Partners owing to the Practice’s growth so someone who is keen to join a growing team where they can get involved in a very busy group.  This role will be a full mix of duties, high-end Legal PA gatekeeping/organisation, presentation creation, document work and billing/expenses responsibility in conjunction with the Finance department.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Diary management
  • Travel coordination and itineraries
  • Email management
  • Document Management
  • Expenses processing
  • Drafting and preparing correspondence and documents
  • Producing PowerPoint presentations to a high standard
  • Assisting fee-earners with time recording, proactively prompting and using sound judgement, where necessary
  • Preparing billing guides and working closely with the Accounts department, especially during month and year-end processes
  • Ensuring InterAction is regularly updated, reflecting client information
  • Build and foster positive relationships across the department and firm
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to undertake ad hoc tasks and projects

The successful Legal PA must have previous Corporate Legal PA experience, excellent technical, written, communication and organisational experience.
