London City Centre - *HYBRID*
£38,000 - £45,000

The Firm
Delighted to be working with one of the UK’s leading national Legal Firms to find a Legal PA to join their Corporate Team in an exciting position based in London City Centre. With modern offices close by to commuter links, a hybrid working model and an extremely competitive salary, this is an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Legal PA looking for a new opportunity in London City Centre.

The Role of a Corporate Legal PA:
- Providing full support to Partners / Legal Advisors in a Secretarial / PA capacity with some of the main duties including –
- Diary management
- Email management
- Monthly reports
- Regular billing management to various clients
- Draft email / correspondence
- Complex document production
- Opening / Closing of files
- Money laundering compliance
- Conflict check compliance
- Preparation of expense claims
- Deed management
- Liaising with clients in person and over the phone
- Travel booking
- Preparing bundles
- Answering the telephone and dealing with queries

Skills and Qualifications of a Corporate Legal PA:
- Previous Legal PA / Secretarial experience in a Corporate Department is advantageous 
- Extensive billing experience, and must not shy away from numbers 
- Excellent document production skills
- Self motivated
- Minimum 60wpm typing speed
- Methodical and organised approach
- Ability to cope under pressure
- Ability to prioritise
- Be pro-active and deliver quality service to clients
