Legal Counsel

MERJE has partnered with a leading global company and we’re on the lookout for a skilled Legal Counsel. This role is crucial for safeguarding and protecting all legal aspects of our client's business interests.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing global brand registrations, renewals, and trademark infringement investigations
• Legalisation of documents such as Power of Attorney and Certificates of Free Sale
• Collaborating with the Technical department for formulation and brand registrations
• Handling customer and supplier contracts, T&Cs, and exclusivity agreements
• Knowledge of Employment Legislation is ideal, with the ability to support HR with new employee legislation and HR issues

Essential experience in brand registrations, trademark infringement, and legal documentation management is required.
