Position: Legal Counsel, Commercial, IP & Data (3 Years plus PQE)
Location: Remote working with ad hoc travel to offices in Cambridge and/or London
Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits

Are you a qualified Legal Counsel with a passion for making a positive impact? Our client is a charitable organisation seeking a dedicated Legal Counsel to join the team. This role offers remote working with occasional travel to the offices in Cambridge and/or London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle general commercial agreements, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
• Provide legal advice and support on intellectual property (IP) matters.
• Advise on data protection issues and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support the organisation's objectives while managing legal risks.
• Conduct legal research and provide guidance on various legal matters as needed.

Requirements:

• Qualified UK Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE.
• In-House background is essential.
• Experience handling general commercial agreements, IP, and data protection matters.
• Driven, organised, and passionate about making a difference.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
