Ryder Reid Legal is looking to recruit a personable and positive Legal Cashier to join one of our high rolling, global law firm clients on a permanent, hybrid working basis at their immaculate, central London offices. Our client, who pride themselves on providing tailored, partner-led advice and efficient legal services in multiple areas including Arbitration, Banking & Finance and Capital Markets, are looking for the ideal candidate to come in and become a key member of their Accounts Team.

The general duties of the Legal Cashier position will include:

  • Processing of client and office receipts in line with the firm's processes and policies.
  • Setting up electronic payments in a timely and organised manner.
  • Ensure we are always compliant with SAR.
  • Actioning any internal bank transfers as required from client or office account.
  • Calculating interest due on client account transactions.
  • Ensure that client balances are returned in a prompt manner.
  • Supporting the wider accounts team, completing any additional ad hoc tasks as required.

The ideal candidate would have previous accounting experience, as well as a solid understanding of SAR and law firm/professional experience is essential.
