Legal Billing Assistant - Global Law Firm - Paying up to £45,000 + WFH 3 DAYS PW

Are you a Legal Billing Assistant and or Legal PA with an interest in billing? This role could be perfect for you, with the added bonus of working from home 3 days pw!

International Law firm, who offer advice to Clients in over 100 countries across the globe seek a Legal Billing Assistant to join their award winning Corporate department. The firm are known for their cutting-edge Legal advice and innovative approach to their working environment where staff members have the opportunity to be creative and make a difference.

The role is working with one Client in particular, who are a global household name! The Client is open to receiving applications from Legal Billing Assistants looking for a change and a bit more flexibility with the hybrid working and or Legal Secretaries who enjoy the billing aspect of their role.

  • City Location - with arguably one of the most beautiful settings!
  • Paying up to £45,000
  • Hybrid working policy - 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home
  • This role sits within the Corporate Department

Duties

  • Generating reports
  • Liaising with Partners to ensure invoices are approved
  • Creating and amending narratives
  • Adding time entries, marking up/down and splitting entries
  • Checking invoices
  • Utilising the firm's software packages

Please only apply of you have Legal Billing experience within a Law firm.
