  • Salary: £29,000 - £38,000 per annum
  • Contractual Hours: 37 hours per week

About the Role: As a Lecturer and Project Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Health and Social Care curriculum. Working closely with our dedicated team and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you will contribute to the delivery and development of high-quality programmes that prepare our students for success in this vital field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver engaging curriculum content.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for curriculum enhancement and innovation.
  • Lead and contribute to the development of new projects and initiatives within the department.
  • Provide support and guidance to students, fostering their academic and personal growth.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, integrating new knowledge into curriculum development efforts.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A relevant degree or professional qualification in Health and Social Care (or a related field).
  • Experience in curriculum development and delivery within a higher education or vocational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and think creatively, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • A passion for education and a dedication to supporting the success of our students.
