Learning Support Assistant- locations across West Kent (Tunbridge Wells)

We are looking for people who are passionate about making a positive impact on school experiences for young people in their local area.

This role requires patience, empathy, a calm presence, the ability to think on your feet, and bundles of enthusiasm!

A Learning Support Assistant role is perfect for you if you:

  • enjoy teaching but prefer working with small groups and 1:1
  • enjoy working with young people
  • want to make a real impact to young people's school journey
  • want to work with like-minded people who also want to inspire the next generation

Information on the Learning Support Assistant role:

Location- locations across West Kent (Sevenoaks, Tonbridge & Malling, Tunbridge Wells)

Pay- £85-100 per day depending on qualifications and experience

Hours- 8.30am- 3.30pm Monday-Friday. Full-Time and Part-Time roles available.

Year- Key Stages 3 and 4 (Years 7-11). Some roles available in Key Stage 5 (Years 12 & 13)

Qualifications- GCSE Maths and English Grade C or Level 5 and above.

Experience- experience is highly desirable but not necessary. A passion for working with young people should shine through in your application.
