In this role, you will champion the development of learning and social skills in children with additional needs. Your responsibilities will span from one-to-one individual support to guided small group learning and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build empathetic and effective relationships with children, adapting your approach to meet their specific needs.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, educational psychologists, and other professionals to ensure the accurate implementation of personalised educational plans.
  • Create and adapt support materials to empower children to thrive in a mainstream classroom setting and foster an engaging and stimulating learning environment.

  • Role: Learning Support Assistant
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Location: Swindon
  • Salary: £80 - £95 per day
  • Hours: Full-Time, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
