R13 are currently supporting a fantastic, award-winning consultancy in their search for a Learning & Development Manager to join their growing team. Your role will be pivotal in providing strategic support for the company’s learning initiatives alongside integration and improvement of learning delivery across the business.

This is a full time, permanent, remote position with travel required across Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex & Cambridgeshire, so living in one of these locations would be ideal. The offered salary for this role is up to £60,000 per annum.

The day to day

  • Developing the L&D side of the business but also contributing to the overall strategic growth of the business.
  • Advocating for the employee experience, utilising KPIs to track outcomes.
  • Establishing effective training infrastructure for the business and clients.
  • Liaising with clients, developing strong working relationships and delivering successful L&D proposals.
  • Presenting new products to clients and seeking ways to enhance client offerings.
  • Actively seeking and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, margin and resource utilisation.
  • Delivering reports on training data and KPIs.
  • Coordinating training programmes for new starters.

You will have/be:

  • Previous experience within an L&D/HR role.
  • CIPD qualified.
  • Working knowledge of developing and delivering training programmes.
  • Confident liaising with external clients & funding partners.
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills.
  • A strong, approachable communicator with the ability to influence and negotiate.
