Learning & Development Lead

Macmillan Davies are looking to recruit an experienced Senior L&D Lead to join an innovative, scale-up organisation with a global reach. You will be tasked with the creation, design and facilitation of industry leading learning experiences to allow the Company and its people to achieve an ambitious set of goals.

As part of the senior People team, the role will combine strategy with execution and will require an individual to:

• Design and implement a true learning culture across the organisation and on a global basis by developing a range of solutions, systems and programmes to support top quality future leaders, up to and including the Executive Leadership Team.
• You will lead the way in innovative learning with the knowledge and creativity to inspire learning through the power of technology.
• Develop and implement a strategy for the learning platform, holding colleagues to account for their own development and having KPIs in place to measure success.
• Understand key market trends and be a strong networker in learning, development and technology to identify and implement opportunities.

The suitable candidate will be a proven L&D professional who is looking to take full ownership of the L&D agenda. Building positive relationships with key stakeholders in an agile, matrix environment will be a given, as is working within a diverse and global organisation. You will be able to establish and facilitate a range of learning initiatives via different and creative platforms and be a strategic yet operational L&D professional with solid knowledge of the latest leadership development thinking with extensive external networks to draw on.

This role is offered on a hybrid working basis with their offices in South Manchester. Salary on offer is c£80,000 + bonus + benefits and the opportunity to join an organisation going places!!
